Executive and Leadership Coaching
Coaching is a powerful vehicle for change. We help executive leaders reach their full potential in achieving business results and personal success. Working with leaders and their managers, we align on outcomes of engagement, solicit feedback and information from multiple perspectives, and identify behavior changes and specific growth opportunities. We typically hold coaching conversations with the leader for six to twelve months, every other week. We are confidential thought-partners to help leaders lead. We help deepen understanding, mindfulness and self-awareness.
Building and Strengthening Organization Values and Culture
Collaborating with the client, we will help assess the connection between the values of the organization and its culture to identify opportunities to clarify, deepen and celebrate them through language, events, and rituals. Building on what already works and changing up and adding new opportunities can reinvigorate the culture, helping the organization align and sharpen its focus to achieve its goals.
Strategic Organizational Projects
Identifying and working directly with clients on specific work to drive the organization’s goals and mission forward. The scope development of each project will determine the timeline, which is usually between 3 months to a year.
Team Building
Creating a new team or jumpstarting a current team — both are opportunities to build trust, increase joy, maximize the skills and talents of the individuals, and increase the effectiveness of the team. Every team is unique and we’ll customize a great, effective team building experience for them.
Retreat Planning and Facilitation
Partnering with the client, we establish retreat goals and create the time, space, and activities to achieve those goals. These retreats are usually in an environment that is different from the day-to-day and is also an opportunity to reconnect team members that may usually telecommute or work in other locations. The retreat design combines an opportunity for the team to work on a goal or project together, have fun, and get to know each other better. Building trust with each other and as a team will increase loyalty to the organization, team identity, and goal achievement.
Custom and Management Training
Identifying the training needs and matching them to effective and timely trainings is essential to help new and seasoned leaders develop their skills and capacity. We have trainings, workshops and tools with proven success on running effective meetings, time management, effective communications, leading teams . . . and more. We will customize the trainings based on the client’s unique needs. Developing your top talent is essential!

We will identify action steps including effectively orienting them and creating individualized engagement plans to strengthen your organization.
